I’ve only had the loco moco here and I really like it! However, every time I’ve been here (about five times) the customer service is terrible. The men there are not friendly at all. I order online so that my order is ready when I get there and when I order a fountain drink they have to double check and ask each other if a drink was ordered when they can just check the order receipt on the bag and it seems as if they don’t believe I ordered one and that I’m trying to get a cup for free. Even when I’m showing my order through the app the man there didn’t believe me even as I’m telling him my name, EVEN after I spoke to him in Spanish because I thought maybe there was a language barrier, it was uncomfortable. Also my online order stated that I was getting tell macaroni scoops and one rice and I only got two macaroni scoops and no rice, when I showed the employee what it said on the app, since it makes you choose two, he said I know it says that but it’s only two sides not three. That seems like false advertisement. I’m considering not coming back to this location because it doesn’t feel welcoming and I understand they need to verify that I actually placed an order and correct items bu
